The Technical Business Analyst will bridge product requirements with technical feasibility, ensuring smooth delivery of platform features through structured documentation and close coordination with engineering and QA teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document technical requirements for features: Reels feed, uploads, publishing, profiles, notifications, moderation.

  • Facilitate technical discussions with developers, architects, infra, and QA.

  • Validate feasibility, edge cases, and platform dependencies.

  • Create user stories, workflow diagrams, API specs, and process documentation.

  • Coordinate with QA to ensure test cases reflect business logic and flows.

  • Manage the product backlog and assist in prioritization.

  • Prepare BRDs, PRDs, sequence diagrams, and acceptance criteria.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience as a BA, Technical Writer.

  • Understanding of APIs, microservices, mobile platforms, and technical documentation.

  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
