Position Overview

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong hands on capabilities—someone who can build systems, optimize processes, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations while driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Leadership & Execution

  • Lead and oversee end-to-end administrative and operational functions.
  • Drive execution of strategic and operational initiatives across departments.
  • Develop and implement scalable systems, SOPs, and process frameworks.
  • Ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and service excellence.

2. Administration & Service Functions

  • Manage all corporate administration activities.
  • Oversee vendor management, contracts, and service-level agreements.
  • Ensure timely delivery of support services to internal stakeholders.
  • Optimize cost structures while maintaining service quality.

3. Facilities & Infrastructure Management

  • Lead facilities management across locations.
  • Ensure workplace safety, maintenance, security, and compliance.
  • Plan office expansions, relocations, and infrastructure upgrades.
  • Create a productive, employee-friendly workplace environment.

4. Travel & Logistics Management

  • Oversee corporate travel policies and execution (domestic & international).
  • Optimize travel planning, vendor negotiations, and cost control.
  • Ensure seamless coordination of logistics for leadership and teams.

5. Process Improvement & Governance

  • Identify operational gaps and implement automation or efficiency improvements.
  • Establish measurable KPIs for operations and service functions.
  • Drive governance, reporting structures, and operational dashboards.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and Business teams to enable smooth operations.
  • Support new initiatives, business launches, and expansion projects.
  • Act as a central coordination point for operational execution.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8–12 years of progressive experience in operations, administration, or service leadership roles.
  • Proven experience managing facilities, travel, vendor contracts, and corporate services.
  • Strong project management and execution capabilities.
  • Experience in multi-location operations is preferred.
