As a Creative & Strategy Associate, you will own the end-to-end content planning lifecycle, translating strategic objectives into compelling, trend-driven content while ensuring timely execution across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1.  Content Planning & Strategy

  • Develop and manage weekly and monthly content calendars across platforms including Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Ensure a cohesive brand narrative and consistent messaging across all channels
  • Conduct daily trend research (trending audio, formats, memes, and cultural moments) to identify real-time content opportunities
  • Translate campaign objectives and high-level strategies into clear, actionable creative briefs for design and video teams

2. Asset Management & Delivery

  • Act as the traffic manager for all creative assets, tracking progress and ensuring timely delivery
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure assets meet platform-specific requirements
  • Perform quality checks on all creative assets to ensure alignment with brand guidelines before publishing

3. Social Media Publishing & Optimization

  • Manage content publishing schedules and ensure posts go live at optimal times for engagement
  • Write, edit, and optimize captions using SEO-informed keywords and relevant hashtags
  • Ensure strategic consistency between planned content and final published output

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2–3 years of experience in social media strategy, creative planning, content operations, or account management
  • Strong understanding of social media trends and platform-specific nuances (e.g., TikTok vs. Instagram vs. LinkedIn)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
