We are seeking a CRM & Campus Program Executive to manage two critical engagement pillars: our direct-to-user email communications and our grassroots Student Correspondent Program. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-converting email campaigns that nurture our digital audience, while simultaneously recruiting, managing, and activating a network of student ambassadors to represent the brand on university campuses.

Job Title: CRM & Campus Program Executive
Department: SEN
Location: Lahore

Key Responsibilities:

1. Email Marketing & CRM

  • Campaign Management: Design, write, and schedule weekly newsletters and promotional email blasts. Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across all templates.
  • Segmentation & Strategy: Manage the subscriber database, creating segmented lists (e.g., highly engaged users, inactive users, students) to deliver targeted messaging.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and report on key email metrics (Open Rates, Click-Through Rates, Unsubscribes) and run A/B tests on subject lines and content to optimize performance.
  • Lifecycle Marketing: Develop automated email flows (Welcome Series, Event Recaps) to keep the audience engaged between major campaigns.

2. Student Correspondent Program

  • Program Leadership: Lead the end-to-end management of the Student Correspondent Program, acting as the primary point of contact for all student partners.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Identify, vet, and recruit top-tier student talent from target universities. Manage the onboarding process to ensure they understand brand guidelines and deliverables.
  • Activation & Management: Assign weekly or monthly tasks to correspondents (e.g., on-campus content creation, hype generation for events like “RECAP”) and track their completion.
  • Community Building: Foster a sense of community among the student correspondents through regular check-ins, workshops, and reward/recognition programs.

3.  Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the Content team to repurpose top-performing social content into email newsletters.
  • Work with the Partnerships team to distribute student-specific offers or partner deals through both the email channel and the campus network.

Experience Required:

  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, community management, or youth marketing.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Email Marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo) is mandatory.
  • Program Management: Proven experience leading student ambassadors, volunteers, or street teams is highly preferred.
  • Strong copywriting skills for email, with the ability to write catchy subject lines and engaging body copy.
  • Excellent people skills to motivate and manage a remote network of students.
