Lead BigBaat’s video content production and animation, ensuring high-quality storytelling and mentoring junior editors.

• Edit and animate short-form videos for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
• Maintain pacing, motion style, and brand consistency.
• Collaborate with performance and content teams for campaigns.
• Review and guide junior video editors.

• 5+ years experience in video editing and animation.
• Advanced skills in Premiere Pro & After Effects.
• Strong understanding of short-form, performance-driven video.
• Experience in mentoring or leading creative teams.
