Design Associate

Reporting Line: Senior Associate Design

Role Overview:

Support BigBaat’s visual identity by creating engaging social-first and campaign designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design creatives for social media, campaigns, and ads.
  • Maintain brand consistency across platforms.
  • Collaborate with content, video, and performance teams.
  • Adapt designs based on campaign feedback and performance.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years experience in graphic or digital design.
  • Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma.
  • Experience designing for TikTok/Instagram/Reels.
  • Motion graphics knowledge is a plus.
