Job Summary:

Lead and transform our product management function. Pivotal in establishing structured processes, enabling rapid new product development, and driving strategic go-to-market planning for our portfolio products. Focus on aligning product development with business and market needs, fostering collaboration across internal teams, and ensuring that product growth is built on data-driven insights. Create a scalable SaaS ecosystem for our martech platform, optimizing product performance, and positioning for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Product Planning & Road mapping:
    Define and implement a comprehensive product roadmap that outlines the vision, priorities, and timelines, aligning stakeholders on the product’s direction and growth strategy into a scalable SaaS ecosystem.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy & Product Launch:
    Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies, coordinating with cross- functional teams (development, marketing, sales, content, design) to ensure successful product launches. This includes audience planning, research and any studies required.
  • Product Development & Pipelining:
    Establish a streamlined product development pipeline, using methodologies like User Stories to capture user needs. Enable rapid new product development, while applying feature prioritization frameworks like MoSCoW, RICE, or Kano to balance impact, cost, and effort.
  • Processes & Systems Optimization:
    Implement agile frameworks, tools, and processes that foster rapid product development cycles, from ideation to launch. Focus on creating scalable systems that enable continuous innovation and support post-launch evaluation for ongoing improvement.
  • Customer Insights & Continuous Improvement:
    Build a robust mechanism for collecting and analyzing customer feedback through methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing. Ensure that these insights are incorporated into the feature prioritization and product discovery processes to drive ongoing product enhancements.
  • Market Opportunity Analysis:
    Continuously assess and explore new market opportunities, leveraging data and market insights to recommend areas for product expansion and feature development.
  • Performance Monitoring & KPIs:
    Set up clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track product success, market response, and customer satisfaction. Use these metrics in post-launch evaluations to inform iterative improvements and optimize future product launches.
  • Competitive Analysis:
    While market research is mentioned, specifying competitive analysis could be important. Understanding competitors is critical in shaping unique product positioning.

Key Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies for optimizing workflows and accelerating product cycles.
  • Align product vision with business strategy and market opportunities.
  • Developing comprehensive product roadmaps, conducting market opportunity analysis, and building rapid new product development pipelines.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, fostering cross-functional teamwork and minimizing miscommunication.
  • Ensuring stakeholders are well informed and engaged through the product life-cycles.
