Job Description
As the Strategy Lead you will be responsible for developing and implementing creative strategies for an advertiser’s creator partnerships. This includes identifying and collaborating with influential individuals in the brand’s industry or target audience and working with cross functional teams to create content and campaigns that effectively promote the brand.
Responsibilities:
Brief Interpretation: Comprehends client strategy and research questions, and able to turn their uncertainty into your compass for investigation (able to formulate productive questions).
Research:
- Performs robust and diligent intel gathering from across the web and with resources, pulling disparate signals together to make sense of cultural change
- Identifying and researching potential Creator partners based on their influence, reach, and alignment with the brand’s values and target audience
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms and technologies related to KOL partnerships.
- Data Analysis: Mining data and producing fresh insights through the use of Walee’s Influencer tech-stack.
- Storytelling: Authors and designs logical presentation narratives to illustrate insights and informed client direction with complete ease.
- Relationships: Fosters communication across project teams and with clients by presenting, and discussing the application of your strategy work
- Accepts increased responsibility and independence in carrying out important projects and becomes a valued contributor to the team.
- Works closely and collaboratively with the creator management team to nurture ideas; is seen as a “go-to” person for creative & content.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience (with a clear focus on digital creative strategy), prior agency experience preferred.
- You are a creative and strategic thinker able to connect our client’s goals through a logical approach. You can take a complex concept and present it in a way that is easy to understand.
- Experience working with, and translating, data and culture into meaningful insights that inspires creative decision.
- Creative problem solver with deep experience working with cross functional teams and the ability to provide concise, clear, and actionable creative direction / feedback.
- Savvy with words, images, graphs/charts to create a polished presentation with a compelling storytelling flow that hooks listeners and brings the strategy to life.
- Experience with regional, multi-market campaign work is a plus.
