Job Description
As a Client/Agency Partner, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and agency partners. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and managing their needs. Your primary goal will be to drive business growth and maximise revenue opportunities by fostering collaborative partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships, understand client objectives, act as the main point of contact, and conduct meetings to review campaign performance and recommendations.
- Identify opportunities, pitch services to clients/partners, develop strategic proposals, negotiate contracts/pricing, and ensure profitability.
- Oversee campaign execution, coordinate internal teams, monitor performance, provide insights for optimization, and address issues to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with clients and agency partners to develop strategic marketing plans aligned with their business goals.
- Provide strategic guidance and insights to clients, leveraging industry knowledge and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging marketing technologies to offer innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in a media agency, PR, or integrated marketing agency role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proven track record in client management, business development, and revenue growth.
- Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make data driven recommendations.
- Familiarity with digital media, influencer marketing and the agency ecosystem.
- Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM platforms.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
