Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Analyst with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role encompasses core responsibilities typical of a product manager, focusing on analysing systems, processes, and requirements. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and solutions, ensuring seamless delivery of enhancements to support business objectives.
This position requires a blend of analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset to work effectively across teams and functions.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Requirement Analysis

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and refine business requirements.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Prioritize requirements based on business impact and feasibility.

Solutioning & Execution

  • Work with teams to design and validate scalable and efficient solutions.
  • Document functional specifications for processes and solutions.
  • Assist in evaluating existing workflows and recommending improvements to meet business goals.

Roadmap Execution & Support

  • Contribute to the creation of project roadmaps and timelines, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Support the development and optimization of solutions.
  • Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and recommend actionable solutions.

Testing & Quality Assurance

  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues during and post implementation phases.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Serve as a bridge between stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
  • Provide support to ensure successful adoption of new processes or solutions.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Generate actionable insights through reporting, presenting findings to management.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for processes and solutions.
  • Seek opportunities to streamline workflows and improve productivity.

Key Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.

Skills:

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
  • Familiarity with workflow documentation and process mapping tools.
  • Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools is a plus.
